Aure Wines

Founded in 2007, Aure Wines is a family winery located at Highland Vineyard, a 50-acre grape farm at the top of the Niagara Escarpment. The retail store is projected to open in May 2011. The low-energy winery features passive solar heating, cooling by natural ventilation and a green living roof. The winery is designed for small-batch production of Gamay, Riesling and a red-and-white blend, Cab Franc and Old Vines Foch.
