100% Pinot Noir aged on its lees for 2 years in bottle, this has a medium to medium-high intensity nose of red berry, raspberry, cherry, and leesy mineral aromas with touches of orchard and stone fruits. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has crisp bubbles and acidity that lead to an elegant brioche, leesy, and toasty flavours, plus touches of smoky, citrus, and red berry notes. Crisp and dry on the long, leesy, and savoury finish. Tasted June 2025. Score: 91+ pts
