A pleasant light refreshing off dry sparkler. Not complex or lengthy, but nice frothy bubbles with notes of apples and pears. A good choice for festive gatherings, as a host gift and as an app accoutrement. Dec. 2015.

A pleasant simple sparkling wine, with some decent freshness and citrusy and apple flavours. Never mind the "Extra Day" on the label, this certainly has residual sugar though it is by no means cloying. Price is ok, I suppose. Tasted Dec 2021.
