Crama Ceptura vineyards in the heart of Dealu Mare vineyards rgn (14 more sun days than anywhere else in Romania), central Romania. This has perhaps inspired the legend of the Noble as the Stag. Tempted by the warmth of this area, the stag, the king of the forest, often descends to Crama Ceptura vineyards. Best indigenous Feteasca Neagra grapes hand-picked from S exposure vineyards. Aged 6m in French oak.
Aromas of dried plums, black currants and cinnamon followed by rich complex sensation in the mouth with soft silky tannins. Serve at 16°C, with venison, beef or mid ripen gourmet cheeses.
