Norm's typical reductive style is evident in this Niagara sourced Chard. The nose offers apple, white peach and minerality. The palate is somewhat viscous with the warm 2010 vintage helping the ABV to clock in at 13.3%. There's a lemony seam of acidity and excellent length. April 2015.
