Let this one swirl in your glass for a while... after it opens up Pinot fans will be impressed. It's like a delicious camel candied apple. Other than Southbrook Vineyards, this has to be one of the most reliable Roses.

Strawberry, candy floss, floral notes, and white peach on the nose. It has crisp acidity with lots of fruit. Very juicy - perfect for the summer.
An iconic Niagara rose made of a blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. This pretty, perky wine boast aromas and flavours of strawberry, red cherry and key lime with a mineral backbone. Uplifting acidity and medium bodied, this is a versatile companion for anything from baked ham, roast turkey or mussels with chorizo and herbs.
