Relatively pale red in colour, this exhibits aromas of flowers and herbs. Dry, earthy flavours of red cherries, a touch of spice, finishing with tart sour cherries and some fine tannin and acidity. Lingers nicely on the palate. While fine with a decant now, 2-3 years in the cellar would be beneficial. A good barolo for the money. Tasted oct 2012.
