Handpicked from the younger riesling vines on the property, this light-medium bodied white has soft tree fruit...

The 2011 Thirty Bench WineMaker's Riesling, sourced from younger vines throughout the property, is medium bodied, fruity wine, with appealing aromas of green apple and subtle floral notes. It is off-dry, has a nice minerality, refreshing acidity and a clean/refreshing medium/long finish. Food friendly or a sipper; drink now - 2020+." My impression: NICE to BEAUTIFUL, 90 pts – >1000 cases produced. Tasted Dec/12.

Lovely, clean example of Niagara riesling. Green apple and mandarin orange on the nose. These flavours shine through on the palate with a bit of minerality as well. Off-dry, this is reminicent of a Mosel kabinett riesling with its lovely acidity and long, crisp finish. Nice to drink on its own on a hot, summer day, with Thai cuisine (something with lemongrass), or a white fish with a fruit salsa. Extremely refreshing! Tasted February 2013.

Clean, light and focused with aromas of mineral, orange citrus, lemon zest and peach/nectarine. Light and citrusy on the palate with zippy acidity to balance a slightly off-dry style, this is delicious paired with salty cheeses or spicy, fried seafood.
