Simple but pleasant sorbet and citrus blossom flavours dominate. Correct but not exceptional. Tasted February 2011....

Shows aromas of lemon and tropical citrus on the nose while light, dry and crisp in the mouth. Good acidity here (think green apples); sips well on its own or will pair nicely with lighter fare foods. (northof9finewine, March 2011)
