Elegant, medium+ to medium-high intensity nose has lovely flinty, leesy, stony, mineral aromas layered over pear, apple, butter, and subtle toast. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied it has very good concentration alongside a crunchy mouthfeel with ripe replays on the flavour profile. A touch spicy on the mid-palate, which continues to ride the long finish and is joined by some toasty notes. Tasted Oct. 2025.
