Crafted with 90% Grenache, plus Syrah and Carignan completing the blend, this rosé has a ripe, fresh, medium-to-medium-high intensity nose that is elegant with red berry, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, mineral, and white pepper spice aromas, all of which comes on the dry palate. It has delicate, well-balanced acidity, while the finish is dry and minerally, with very good length. Tasted Apr. 2024.
