This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has a clean, fragrant, medium-high to highly aromatic nose featuring classic black currant, cassis, herbs, and cherry aromas layered over savoury earth and wood spice. It is elegantly structured on the medium-full bodied palate with very nicely balanced aroma replays echoing on the flavour profile. It's supported by firm, slightly chalky textured tannins that deliver an elegant mouthfeel. Acids are crisp and juicy. Savoury earth notes linger on the finish, with excellent length.
