52% Cab, 44% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot. There is some sediment inside the bottle, so it's ready. As soon as you pull the cork, you'll notice Bordeaux.
It has earthy aromas, cassis, cherry, red currant, violet, leather, menthol, and blueberry notes. Flavors initially seemed a bit watery but after 60 min, they became less so. The wine had chalky tannins that softened, with medium+ acidity. This was a good wine to have with food and paired well with various Cheeses. Overall, solid QPR.- July 2024
