This "project" wine is fantastic. I hope Flat Rock Cellars realizes that this project was a success and will plant and grow their own Sauvignon Blanc grapes. I think they will do well.
This wine had aromas of grapefruit. It was the citrus flavors that made me love the wine. I tasted this wine at the winery two months ago and recall that I enjoyed this. Tonight I was happy that I could taste this wine all night.
