This is a nicely supple, rounded and fairly juicy young Rhone with classic if not very intense plummy/blueberry...
Quite heady and full-flavoured red here from a Côtes du Rhône-Villages and at such a notably inexpensive cost. Brings...
Simple, chewy, ripe and dried fruit-flavoured, representative southern Rhône red, with decent length and depth....

Lovely, complex, southern Rhône nose of blackberry, plum, and peppery spice mingling with garrigue, lavender, purple fruit, and some meaty notes. Smoky mineral notes develop with time in the glass. It's medium-full bodied on the palate with ripe, elegant tannins that have a touch of grip. Acids are fresh and juicy, while the flavours are more red fruited and a touch candied on the flavour profile with raspberry, spice, and meaty flavours which linger through to the long, meaty and smoky mineral finish. Recommended buy to enjoy over the next 5-6 years. Tasted June/2020.

Spot-on CdR Villages. Plummy ripe fruit, some meaty notes, black pepper and herbs. A bit chewy, with a lingering finish, Can't do much better than this for $17. BBQ wine, cool night wine, when-i'm-pissed off-with-work wine. Any occasion wine, this will pick you up. Tasted Sep 2021.
