This is a very interesting, well-made blend of 70% sauvignon blanc with 30% barrel aged semillon. It has an intense, exotic nose of nettle, lime and spice, but some green plum and passion fruit as well - that comes on strong on the palate. It's quite rich, yet snappy, even a bit sweet. But I like the brightness and the amazing fruit presence. Excellent length, with some heat on the finish. Score: 90 (David Lawrason, www.WineAlign.com, Jan 2013)
