Very nicely balanced, high energy chardonnay. Just enough oak. My partner, who generally dislikes chardonnays, says "It's nice, actually", which is pretty high praise from him. I like the fact that you can rely on Henry of Pelham to produce decent wines. If only the rest of the Ontario wine producers were so consistent.
