ORGANIC. Full, smooth, balanced taste of black sour cherry, blackberry, mulberry and plum with velvety spicy notes of clove, carob, mint and cacao. Great complexity, freshness, minerality and persistence. Impressive aftertaste of toasted bitter almond.
Rocky hill top 385m above sea level, Spinomarino, one of the most lofty, well-aired and sunniest in Puglia in the area of Gioia del Colle, 45 km from the Adriatic Sea to the East and 45 km from the Ionian Sea to the South.
